Total Care Hearing Services

Total Care Hearing Services are an independently owned and operated hearing clinic based on the NSW Central Coast, with some mobile services available across NSW. We pride ourselves on our exceptional care to each one of our patients.

Providing hearing assessments for private patients, pensioners, DVA veterans and pre-employment.

Total Care Hearing Services are accredited by the Office of Hearing Services and NSW SIRA WorkCover.

With over 22 years combined experience in the industry, our clinical team are highly professional, and are here to help you with a range of options to suit your lifestyle and your needs.

Our clinical team do not receive any commission on sales or any sale incentives are offered, so you can rest assured that our recommendations are based on your needs. As we are independent, we are able to pass on any of our discounts to you.

We offer several brands and styles for Hearing Devices, ALD’s and other accessories.

As we are an accredited practice with the Hearing Services Program, we offer FREE services to Pensioners, DVA Gold and White card holders, including the option of fully subsidised or top up (user pay) hearing devices if required.

We specialise in Hearing Rehabilitation for all people over the age of 26.

Graeme Brown

Clinician / Co-Owner

Graeme and Lori-Anne Brown are a husband and wife duo, who collectively bring 22 years experience in Hearing Health Care to Total Care Hearing Services.

Based on the NSW Central Coast, Graeme and Lori-Anne operate both a full time clinic in Kanwal (next to Wyong Hospital) and also have their daily home visit schedules.

Lori-Anne Brown

Head Clinician / Co-Owner

Based on the NSW Central Coast, Graeme and Lori-Anne operate both a full time clinic in Erina (Impact Center) and also have their daily home visit schedules.

Karen Clarke

Administration

Karen Clarke has more than 20yrs experience in Customer Service having worked in hospitality operations, sports management and administration. Karen aims to provide support to customers and is currently studying new ways of offering customer support within her current role within TCHS.
